Healing Waterfall Guided Meditation

Waterfalls have long held a mystical power for me. In fact, one of the main elements in my Sacred Space is a waterfall!

Ancient people knew the healing power of water. Sacred wells and springs can be found all over the world. The Romans made public baths with pools of varying temperatures a significant part of their culture. Folk wisdom tells us to drink from the white water in a stream, and science now proves that the water becomes naturally ionized when it is active. The power of water is enhanced and energized as it tumbles over rocks and down the cliffside.

In a waterfall, the energy enters through your crown chakra from above, connecting you to the Source. The water massages as it falls, flowing over and through you, resting in a still, deep pool before continuing on downstream. The sound of the water playfully splashing soothes all stress away. Healing occurs on all levels: physical, emotional, and spiritual.
